In the first segment Alana speaks with Jordan, the CEO & Founder of Analogue Records, about representation in the music industry, Berklee College of Music, and the importance of community within the industry. In conversation, Alana and outline discuss sexism within TikTok comments and what the future of the music industry looks like.

Then stick around as Ashley interviews Angie Hockman about her novel, DREAM ON. The conversation includes writing dating dynamics, incorporating her work in law for Cass, the main character, writing complex characters, and writing how Cass chooses to heal. This book contains discussion of miscarriage and recovery from a coma from a car accident.
