Customer Happiness Hero

Feminist Book Club seeks a part-time Customer Happiness Hero in our Minneapolis, MN space. This position is partially customer service, partially content editing, and partially office assistant. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, patient, kind, sees the world through an intersectional lens, recognizes their own privileges, and is eager to participate in a community of feminist readers. They will be available to work in our Minneapolis office and potential St. Paul pop-up space at least two days per week. Our office hours are 10-4 during the week with occasional weekend events. Our Minneapolis office comes with a temperamental greyhound, so candidate must comfortable around dogs 🙂 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage email communication
  • Onboard new members
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Edit 1 podcast episode per week (no prior experience necessary)
  • Assist in order fulfillment
  • Represent Feminist Book Club in our spaces and at events (when applicable)

Compensation includes:

  • $16/hour for 12-20 hours/week
