Let This Radicalize You Discussion Group

This year, we are excited to try a new way to Read & Resist with you all! Towards Liberation is a series of lectures, author Q&As, discussion groups, and more, all centered around bringing meaningful, actionable change to the world.

Our first book discussion in this series is a Feminist Book Club favorite: Let This Radicalize You by Kelly Hayes and Mariame Kaba. Given everything that has unfolded over the last couple of years, we thought Let This Radicalize You would be the perfect book to start with. Though we hosted moderated chats for it last year, we know that sometimes it’s essential to take a closer look at the text, listen to what others are getting from it, and share ideas about how to take inspired action in the real world.

Throughout the year, we will lead other discussion groups as well – sometimes returning to a book we’ve featured in the past and sometimes choosing one that would likely not end up as a monthly pick or in a special edition box. After all, just because something doesn’t line up neatly with a theme doesn’t mean it’s not worth discussing.

**Sliding scale is available! If you’re in a space where you want to join the discussion, but cost is an obstacle- Fill out the sliding scale form here.
