In this solo episode, I spend some time reflecting on the lessons that my recent cold taught me. Contrary to what I had believed, doing less was actually better for my business. So I dive into a thought experiment – what if the opposite of productivity is exactly what we need? What if rest is how we become better people? I also throw in some social theory… that productivity is a capitalist, industrial, patriarchal system designed to both hurt and numb us. I also offer tips to counter this burden.
