In this solo episode, I’m reflecting on the years of self-criticism that I’m attempting to unlearn, triggered by a few ill-fitting dresses. I discuss the scripts we learn when we’re far too young, who plants these seeds, who fertilizes these seeds, and how they grow up to be poisonous weeds that we’ll spend a lifetime trying to unlearn.
